The monthly rental
quoted is usually deemed to be exclusive
of:
Management Fees: a
monthly charge set by the
incorporated owners of the block,
covering security costs and the
cleaning and maintenance of the
common areas.
Government Rates(Tax):
a local tax set by the Government
and paid monthly - however, it is
possible to negotiate an all-in
price if preferred.
Utility charges: meter
and consumption charges for water,
gas, electricity and phone services
are always to the Tenant’s account.
