notice、JW201 form or JW202 form；
2．Valid passport and visa；
3．<registration voucher of residence for
visitors from overseas>;
4．2 inch colorful photo, white background；
5．First time apply residence permit more than
one year,you should provide Health
Certificate(excludeing under the full age of 18
year)；
6．Completed “Visa or Residence Permit
Application Form”;
7．Others if necessary. Service takes：Five Working days Service cost：500RMB/person (service fee)+
