What is included in a fully furnished apartment? A fully furnished generally include whiteware such as refrigerator, washing machine and cook-top stove, as well as basic living room, dining room and bedroom furniture. The quality and style of the furniture is variable as is the landlords willingness to add and remove items. When working on a bigger budget in properties owned by developers it is often possible to have all of the furniture changed or removed. On lower budget properties or where private landlords are involved there are generally less flexibility in this regard as the landlord may have nowhere to store unwanted furniture. Please notice that ovens in the kitchen and washing machines using hot water is not commonly used in China, and you are not likely to find them in budget apartments. |
