Is there much difference in price if I rent an unfurnished apartment compared to a fully furnished apartment?

Developer¡¯s properties are usually a little bit cheaper unfurnished but the difference is mostly less than 10%. If the property belongs to an individual landlord you can normally get a bit lower rent for an unfurnished apartment than a fully furnished if the landlord has not yet have furnished it. However if the landlord has already furnished the property it is mostly a disadvantage as the landlord has to remove the furniture and store it somewhere else.
